This is what Wendy, who met them, writes:
Last evening (Sunday), my husband and I went to Midland to meet with friends for dinner. Enroute I spotted Paul and Dirk grazing their horses in a field. I was curious of course as to who these two fellows were in their long coats and cowboy hats but we continued on into Midland…I was sorry that I didn’t stop and talk to them. When we were coming home, I noticed 4 horses in a paddock where there are usually only 2 and I just knew that they were the ones I had seen grazing earlier. So this morning when I left for work I detoured in that direction and they were just getting ready to hit the road. We talked and had a great visit…I had so many questions to ask them…they were very good to explain their trip to me. They asked some directions to get to Port Severn and I gave them several options for travel. Later that morning my husband passed them in Coldwater, which is a tiny village about 4 km from where I had seen them. I hope that is of some help to you. It has been an absolutely splendid day here today so maybe they are making some extra miles!
Cheers
Wendy
